Look 1:

How to achieve the look:

Before the show, Jack created a shape, that would he would later attach to the models hair, by sewing two pieces of full textured hair structures together

He also created tentacle like structures using hair extensions and the Marcel Wave technique that he would later pin to the models’ hair.

  • Section the hair from ear to ear over the top of the head and clip the front section away.
  • Tie the remaining hair (back section) into a tight bun above the occipital bone to create an elongated shape to the head, fitting with the first creatures theme of the show.
  • Pin the previously made hair structure over the bun creating a large shape , ready for moulding.
  • Using clippers, create an elongated, alien-like structure that flows with the natural hair.
  • Wrap the structure in a hair net and spray with L’Oreal Professionnel Infinium hairspray. Diffuse whilst spraying to create a very smooth finish.
  • Add L’Oreal Professionnel Density Paste and L’Oreal Professionnel Liss Control to the front section before brushing towards the back of the head to further amalgamate the natural hair and the sculpture together.
  • Fix the tentacle structures using pins.
