Every year, I look forward to the change into spring and summer. This is when fashion and beauty trends bloom just like the flowers in our lively neighbourhood. This year, our exploration of high fashion and new off-the-rack collections has been really exciting. This is especially true because of the recent fashion shows in Paris and the exclusive release of the Ferragamo SS24 collection. Let me share some of my favourite moments and thoughts that I think our Belgravia neighbourhood will appreciate.

Couture That Captivates

Paris was, as usual, full of creativity and style. The fashion collections from Celia Krithiarioti, Julienne Fournie, Yara Shoemaker, and Ziad Nakad showed how fashion is more than just clothes – it’s a form of art. Celia’s designs were dreamy and detailed, reminding us of the beauty in traditional handiwork. Julienne Fournie combined modern style with future-focused materials, creating fashion that’s both new and timeless. Yara Shoemaker’s collection was all about strong, graceful women, with sophisticated designs that celebrate the modern woman.

The Ferragamo Revelation

I recently went to the VIP lunch for the new Ferragamo Collection. The collection showed a mix of classic elegance and modern style with new colours and designs. It made me realise the importance of bold colours in our spring-summer outfits.

The latest Ferragamo collection by Maximilian Davis blended cultural stories well. This collection combines Italian craftsmanship and Caribbean energy. It has new colours and materials that bring a new definition to luxury fashion. It shows how elegance can be fun and sophisticated, offering pieces that will be key in any fashion-forward wardrobe this season. If you have not been in to the store yet, this is your nudge to go, what are you waiting for?

Neville’s Creative Journey in Paris

We were thrilled to be part of the Paris Haute Couture shows, where we worked with designers to help showcase their amazing collections using our hair styling skills. This was a great chance for us at Neville to show off our skills and dedication to innovation and elegance in the beauty industry.

Looking at these collections, we’ve noticed several trends for our spring and summer outfits. Soft pastels and flowing styles are popular, encouraging us to show a gentler side. Simple looks are given depth with contrasting textures, which also add a touch of beauty. Of course, sustainability remains a key focus, with designers showing their commitment to fashion that is not only stylish but also responsible.

Beauty Blossoms

In beauty, the current trend is about a natural, glowing look. Picture moist skin, gently blushed cheeks, and a touch of sparkle to reflect the summer sun. For hair, the trend favours a relaxed style with loose waves, easy up-dos, and even a fun acceptance of natural textures.

As we enter this season of new beginnings, let’s aim to renew not only our clothes but also our perspectives. Let the charm of spring and summer encourage you to discover, to be creative, and to fully appreciate the beauty of the season.

Reflections from Belgravia

Returning to Belgravia, I am reminded of the unique charm and elegance of our community. This season, I invite you to explore the latest trends not just in fashion but in personal transformation and renewal. Whether inspired by the playful sophistication of Ferragamo’s SS24, the ethereal beauty of Celia Krithiarioti, the innovative elegance of Julienne Fournie, or the empowering elegance of Yara Shoemaker, let us help you embrace this season with style and grace.

As we step into Spring/Summer 2024, let’s celebrate the joy of renewal and the beauty of transformation together. I look forward to sharing more of these moments with you, our cherished clients, as we continue to discover what makes Belgravia not just a place, but a lifestyle.

Warmest regards!
