Colour Services & Patch Testing
For all colour services, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
- Patch testing is mandatory for new colour clients
- Patch testing may also be required if there has been a significant gap since the last colour service, a change in formula, or a change in medical or allergy history
- Colour services cannot be carried out without a valid patch test result

Pricing & Payments
Prices at Neville Hair & Beauty are based on service level, time, and technical complexity.
Wherever possible, pricing is discussed during consultation or prior to the appointment.
Final pricing may vary depending on the work carried out, hair or nail condition, and professional judgement required during the service.
Payment is required at the completion of the appointment.

Professional Conduct
